From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.

Boligen er beliggende i et roligt kvarter tæt på centrum og vandet. Jeg tilbyder min høje og lyse kælder med 2 gode værelser og bad. Yderligere er der et tekøkken, hvor man kan lave sig en kop te eller kaffe. Der er også tilhørende minikøleskab. Værelserne har begge nye kvalitets senge samt eget smart tv. Der er egen indgang og god plads til at parkere. Man må meget gerne nyde haven ,hvor der er en sofagruppe samt nedgravet trampolin og gynge.
