PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. Comfortable studio apartment in the attic for 2 persons in Baška, located in a sunny and quiet area of Zarok, only 60 m away from the well know pebble beach and near a pine forest. The apartment is 37 m2, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom (with a double bed) connected to a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a 16 m2 terrace overlooking the town and the sea. Internet, SAT TV , and air-conditioning are provided.
