Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

The nearest train station, which takes you all the way to Stockholm East, is 750 meters away. The house consists of one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with shower, a sauna and a loft with two 90 cm mattresses. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Detta unika boende ligger mitt i centrala Solna i ett hus byggt 1929 som består av tre lägenheter. Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare.
