In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. It is a 300-year-old stone house lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open to the ground, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, granant apple and almond tree and another seat. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking to the house about 150 m.
