2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchenette - newly built flat includes fridge, hob and microwave and plenty of storage space available in the bedrooms and communal spaces. We are retired professionals and the upstairs house is occupied by ourselves. The flat has its own independent entrance and parking is available for free. It's also a short 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which can take you into city centre directly and 20 minute drive away from Newcastle International Airport.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
