Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
