This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Cozy and well equipped apartment in beautiful nature. 5 min by car from Svolvær center, but still in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Great mountain hikes straight from the yard, beautiful bathing water nearby and nice safe bike paths in the area. Possibility of 5 beds (2 + 1 and 2): - Bedroom: 140cm bed with the possibility of extra bed. - Living room: 120cm closet bed Hallway with underfloor heating, shoe dryer and drying cabinet. ! Newly built cabin with a high standard and its own shoreline located in the middle between Henningsvær and Svolvær in Lofoten. The cottage is secluded located without neighbours. Walking distance to mountains and beach. Good opportunities for fishing for sea trout right outside the living room door. Cross country slope 100m from the cottage. Sun from early morning to late evening. The perfect starting point for an active and relaxing Lofoten holiday!
