Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

In addition, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden so you can enjoy the long summer days outside. Use the house as a starting point to explore the area and its sights, or just relax in the private atmosphere and enjoy the tranquility. Enjoy walks along the beach and experience the lighthouse close.

The house includes a secluded courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor kitchen. The guesthouse is completely separated from the main house and is secluded from the others. Electric cars appear on the property.

Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
