There is a well-equipped kitchen/ living area overlooking the Weser, a small space, a full bathroom and a bedroom with king-size bed 140x200. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room.

The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

Ein kleiner Schreibtisch der auch zum Frühstücken dient jedoch nur für eine Person .Grundsätzlich ist es eh nur für eine Person geeignet.
