On a natural plot in a quiet area, this newly built cottage from 2022 has a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea. There is a modern kitchen in open connection with dining area and living room. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV and access to the terrace, which is all the way around the house. The house has a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with toilet and sink, one with direct access to outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. There are three good bedrooms. At the entrance area, there is a pool table and play corner for the little ones.

Cottage by the Wadden Sea

Hans and I rent out our lovely renovated cottage by the Wadden Sea. The house is big, spacious and cozy. There is a spa, activity room with table tennis, and large outdoor area. Distance to the Wadden Sea is 1.5 km and about 20 km to Rømø with wide white beaches. There are shopping opportunities in Skærbæk and Højer. There's peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In the fall you can experience "Black Sun". Possibility of two extra beds for children.

In addition to the delicious outdoor spa and activity room, an agreement follows to the bathing center in Skærbæk. So whatever you want to enjoy nature or have fun with the kids around various activities, this house can accommodate it all. In 2023, the summerhouse was completely renovated, as well as expanded with an activity room and heating source. The cottage is not rented out for parties.

The beach, city centre and train station can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!
