Large living/dining room, open country house kitchen, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 shower rooms, sauna, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, large south terrace, 2 beach chairs, 2 parking spaces. About 250 meters away you will find the beautiful Lister Oststrand. Restaurants, bicycle rentals and a supermarket are about 2 km away.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

The centrepiece is a large conservatory, which lets you experience Sylt in close proximity to nature, whatever the wind or weather. With its large garden (about 800 m plot) and the spacious layout, our house is ideal for families. The east beach is particularly popular with families with children is about 800 m, the west beach with volleyball field and dog beach is 15 minutes away by bike.

The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.
