House holiday rentals in Symi

We had an amazing week here - the place was even better than the photos and we were welcomed with open arms and told to treat it like our home upon check in. Always responsive if we had any questions throughout our stay including dropping over a new bbq tool set for us! Great swimming pool, clean spacious bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It’s well worth hiring a car, there is a local coffee shop/bar - Kaiki, who were very friendly, and a couple of local traditional places to grab some food within walking distance, but the car was great for exploring Faliraki and more of the island. Recommend Tsambika beach and exploring into the mountainous areas and lakes too - stunning scenery! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Not sure my review will do justice to how fantastic ‘My Green Eden’ and our hosts were. Maria was responsive and helpful from the get-go, making it easy to book for 14 of us. When we arrived we were welcomed by Maria’s father Michael who showed us round the property providing lots of helpful info! The property itself is stunning with amazing views, privacy and amenities. The outside area is particularly beautiful. The rooms are all furnished immaculately and we didn’t want for anything more! Our hosts really made it special, we came on Easter weekend which meant many shops were shut. Maria’s family so kindly went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late, offered to drive us round if no taxis and even let us stay until our night time flight. They went above and beyond for us in every way. We would’ve been so happy with the villa but they made the weekend for us extra special - we cannot thank them enough! Couldn’t recommend this place more, would 100% stay again - thank you!

Serhat bey ve Duygu hanım çok dost canlısı insanlar evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı merkeze araçla gidilmesi gerekiyor zira evin olduğu yerde dik bir yokuş var ve ev merkeze araçla 10 dakika. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Perfect verblijf. Rustige omgeving. Volledig uitgerust huis. Overal rolluiken aan de ramen. Wij verbleven een week en de handdoeken werden halverwege vervangen. Er zijn gewone badhanddoeken en ook handdoeken voor aan het zwembad of om mee te nemen naar het strand. Goede en proactieve communicatie. Kleine supermarkt en bakker in de buurt die praktisch altijd open zijn.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. the apartment itself had everything you need and better than expected. private pool was a real treat in the morning, and having the flexibility to use the shared pool later on in the afternoon was a bonus (I imagine it would get sun all day in summer but in October it was a real treat). location is perfect, 10 min walk from old and new town. so many fantastic restaurants and bars in walking distances. we loved walking to the beach for a sunset drink, also just 10 mins away. Kallia was the perfect host, always instantly responding to questions and provided some unexpected kind gestures throughout. we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and were sad to leave!

Manos was een vriendelijk man, met een mooi verblijf. Wij hebben ons goed kunnen vermaken. Alles was aanwezig wat er beschreven stond. Tot slot een heel goed verblijf en host.

Big, clean place where several people can comfortably live, the pool and the terrace are ideal for relaxing in the evening. 15 minutes with car from the airport, roughly 20-30 minutes by car distance to several great beaches.

Το σπίτι ήταν τρομερό, με ένα μπαλκονι με φανταστική θέα. Υπεράνετο για 6 άτομα, μιας και είχε 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Από το πάρκινγκ είχε 5 λεπτά περίπου κατάβαση από σκαλάκια. (Τα σκαλάκια ήταν λίγο κουραστικά για κάθε μέρα αλλά τα περισσότερα σπίτια στη Σύμη έτσι είναι, και χειρότερα). Συμφώνησε όλη η παρέα ότι ήταν πολύ καλή επιλογή να μένουμε λίγο πιο πάνω από τη χώρα του νησιού και οχι τόσο κεντρικά, ήταν ήσυχα και το απολαύσαμε. Ο Νίκος πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Νίκο!

We had an amazing time at Melina’s place. It was very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. We came with a bike, so it was a short walk through the village to get there, with a car it would be a bit more, but very enjoyable. We where very happy we stayed there and not closer to the port. Melina is an amazing host, very helpful, and extremely likable, she went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Totally recommend the place!

La maison de Frédérique est merveilleuse. Un bijou au milieu de ce charmant village. La maison est pleine de charme, pratique, avec une petite cour très agréable et un terrasse qui jouit d’une vue magnifique. Son emplacement est parfait, tout proche de nombreux restaurants, au milieu du « Symi authentique ».. Frédérique a été une hôte très accueillante et très facile d’accès, toujours soucieuse de notre bien être. Sans aucun doute une de mes meilleures expériences de location. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

We were met from the ferry by Ian who had booked a taxi to take us to the top of the village . He was able to give us lots of information about the house and local area. He did well not to look too horrified at our suitcase as walking the little streets to the house can be quite a challenge in the heat for some ! We were warned ! It is a beautifully restored home with lots of charming features. The terrace is such a wonderful spot to sit and look out over the gorgeous panoramic views . It’s very peaceful here , the only sounds are the local church bell chimes on the hour and half hour , and the local donkeys and chickens ; normal Greek life . There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away at the kiosk below Scena that takes you to Pedi beach (2euros pp each trip) . We loved the local tavernas in Chorio, the food was delicious. There is a butchers, mini market , bakery etc within a few minutes walk . We absolutely loved our holiday here ! Thank you

This stay was fantastic, the perfect place to stay in Pedi. Communication was great, and being offered a ride to the apartment from the ferry port was very handy. The place was clean, peaceful, as described, and had everything you need, everything has been thought out very well. Very handy to have a washing machine and ironing board. The sun loungers were great for sitting outside. You can walk to two local beaches, and it's also very convenient for the local store, cafe, restaurant, and the bus stop. We got the bus to the Secret Garden restaurant and walked back - fabulous food and cocktails. There are very cute local cats of course as well! We put water out for them which they seemed to appreciate. The temperature in early October was very nice. We rented electric bikes which was great for getting to Ano Symi and beyond. Amazing views from the hill into the main town, especially at sunset. We enjoyed our stay so much, and were sad to leave! Very much hope we can visit again.

Amazing place! We stayed for a few days in Symi for a wedding and honestly, this little place was one of our weekend highlights! The view is to die for, the apartment has everything you need and the location is perfect. There are a few stairs to get there but the photos don’t do the apartment justice! Thanks for having us!

Sevasti’s place is a gem, the location is ideal close to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets and the port. The view is amazing and the apartment is super convenient and quiet. We had the best time in Symi! Thank you so much

What an amazing stay at Mrs Sevasti’s place. The accommodation is traditional (which we liked) and spotlessly clean. The veranda is the highlight - so peaceful with beautiful views over the harbour. Mrs Sevasti’s place is reached by steps which would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues but it is definitely not as high up as a lot of other rentals. It was high enough for fantastic views and a quiet nights sleep without being right at the top of the hill. Mrs Sevasti was quick at responding to messages and even arranged for someone to collect us from the ferry and drive us with our luggage. This coupled with arriving to a bottle of wine was a really lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Armağan bey ve eşi konaklama öncesinde eşyalarımızı saklamak konusunda oldukça yardımcı oldu. Evin kış bahçesinde harika zaman geçirdik, evin konumu da bizim için iyiydi - hem şehir merkezine hem de datçanın en güzel koylarından kargı koyuna 20-25 dklık yürüyüş mesafesinde. Tatilimiz boyunca evde gibi hissettik

My stay at the house was a dream. Everything was perfect. The house, the hostess, the location, the island. Everything was absolutely amazing. Miss Katerina was so sweet warm and helpful. The house was lovely with an amazing balcony. So nicely located and quiet. I am sure I will visit again. Totally recommended

Lage sehr Zentral und der Ausblick ist auch mit dabei über den ganzen Hafen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Airbnb/Hotels muss man keine Treppen steigen (ist nämlich in ganz Symi so), sondern kann mit den Koffern angenehm hoch zu laufen. Außerdem sehr hygienisch, und auch für 4 Personen groß genug.

Grandma's house offered everything we needed for our stay in Symi. Very clean, well equipped and a great view down through the town to the harbour from the balcony. It is only a few minutes walk from the ferry but Chrysanthi's husband met us at the port and drove us up to the house where we left our cases until the house was ready for us. If we return to Symi we would stay there again.

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο πολύ όμορφο και εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά καθαρό παρείχε τα πάντα κατάλληλο για αυτούς που θέλουν ησυχία και γαλήνη...Η θέα καταπληκτική....Ο σπιτονοικοκύρης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και κατατοπιστικός για ότι θέλετε να μάθετε για το νησί... Πολύ καλή η διαμονή μας από όλες τις απόψεις θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα ....Το νησί είναι πανέμορφο αξίζει να μείνετε πάνω από 3-4 μέρες για να χαρείτε τις τόσο όμορφες παραλίες του στις οποίες στις πιο πολλές πας μόνο με το καραβάκι...

A simply sensational stay at “On The Rocks” in Symi. The accommodation is exactly as the listing describes, and is so very beautiful, peaceful and remarkable. To open the shutters onto the view of Nimborio bay, the waves gently lapping against the wall below, was a glorious start to each day. A drink on the terrace/platform as the sun went down, the water all around us, was a glorious end to each day. Being away from the bustle of Symi town, but a gentle 30 minute walk to it (we rented e-bikes - a fun 8 minute cycle!) is a real blessing. And our own sunbeds and swimming platform meant no need to travel to a beach each day. Perfect! A very proactive, helpful host. A great stay. A beautiful place.

Notre séjour à Symi était parfait. Johnny a de trés bonnes recommandations et se rend trés disponible et à l’écoute. Le logement est dans les hauteurs donc il faut aimer monter les nombreuses marches. Mais cela donne un autre point de vue sur la ville,l’appartement est propre. Je recommande
