We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

A mountain cottage with a sauna and hot tub and a living room with a fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming place for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Sowie Mountains. Guests have at their disposal two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna, and a gazebo for grilling. From the windows there is a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. In "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" silence and peace, a beautiful, soothing view dominate, and roe deer and field hares are frequent guests - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests.

Our 6-person cottage is located in a picturesque and quiet village. The proximity of the forest and the most important attractions of the region makes this facility a great place to relax and a very good base. The cottage is equipped with many amenities such as a projector and a coffee machine. There is also a hot tub with air and water jets. The hot tub is additionally payable and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely bring your dog.

The apartment in the former Gaweł holiday home in Międzygórze is an extraordinary place that combines history with modern comfort. The 1900 building impresses with its architecture and unique atmosphere, which attracts lovers of nature and history. Located in the heart of Międzygórze, it offers access to picturesque trails and charming landscapes. The apartment's interiors exude coziness, and the proximity of local attractions makes it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

We offer you a wooden cottage with a soothing view of the Sowie Mountains, from the bed you can admire the beautiful and romantic sunsets with a glass of good wine in your hand. In the morning, you may be awakened by the warm rays of the rising sun. Use the terrace, if you are lucky you will see deer passing by in the nearby forest. Relax in this peaceful, stylish space. But the view is guaranteed :)

Chalet Tré

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-burning sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Bohemia

Bohema is a small wooden house of 35 sqm, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind :) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
