The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

Fredrikanrannan's yard is like a summer cottage. We will heat the beach sauna for guests in the evenings at a separately agreed time, or you can heat it yourself whenever you want. The listing is located in the countryside, about 18 km from the center of Lappeenranta. Bicycles/motorcycles can be placed in a lockable garage overnight.
