What a fantastic find! A very simple but perfect escape in the countryside, complete with goats, chickens and a few working cats. We spent two lovely weeks in this serene location and didn’t want to leave! Every cell in our bodies was relaxed and recharged. We especially loved the melody of the cow bells as we relaxed in the backyard and the ability to cool off in the lovely dipping pool when the temperatures soared. If you need a complete escape to nature, this is your place! And there are scores of nearby villages and locations to hike and enjoy. We hope to be back again next year—thank you so much for everything!!

Very good location to go hiking nearby or to Iraty because it's really close! The house is spotless, the terrace is very nice with incredible calm. We were very well hosted and nothing was missing for us in this house. The beds are so comfortable The house is pretty Keep in mind can a longer stay because there is enough to visit in a fairly wide perimeter! In all seasons

The house is wonderful, very spacious, very comfortable to share between different people since each room has its own bathroom, 5 in total. Everything is in perfect condition and very well restored and decorated. It's a very warm home perfect for a weekend. We were very comfortable and thank you very much for being able to be there

We stayed with family for Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the fireplace make the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect village to enjoy a magnificent wine experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We won't hesitate to repeat it! An apartment in an extremely quiet place, a very manicured natural environment. Parking a few meters from the door. The outdoor garden for the kids is fantastic with games and a ping pong table. It has direct exit to San Juan standing from Port, it can be reached in five minutes to the tourist streets. In a minute you get to lidl from the door. Inside, all very well cared for, good equipment of crockery, a large and comfortable terrace, the rooms enough to sleep although maybe something narrow to get around, but it's no problem. We opted to bring us the towels and the sheets. The bathrooms are very clean and well equipped. Ideal for a couple or with a child or two. Chrystelle was very friendly and was quick to respond to messages. Around, an hour by car there are many interesting places. We loved enjoying this apartment in a haven of peace, quiet all day. We would definitely come back.

Patricia's place was an excellent value all a 10 minute walk from the main street in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. The apartment was very clean and a pleasant and peaceful retreat. We loved every moment of our time there.

we discovered the Basque Country during this stay in this pretty little apartment located in Uhart Cize, a peaceful and green place from where we could go in a few minutes in the turbulent and shimmering city of Saint Jean Pied de Port, passing from relaxing silence to tourist excitement.

perfectly equipped accommodation with furniture, amenities like at home!!! we have room (2 adults + 2 children 8 years old) very pleasant outdoor environment, St Jean 3min walk, market, playground (in addition to that of the residence). Perfect chrystelle, a ray of sunshine. Place to keep in your notebook! What a wonderful area.

There were 24 of us, we had a great stay with friends for my future wife's 40th birthday, the place is exceptional (very large garden, swimming pool, barbecue, petanque court, a huge living room, large private parking...) The rooms are very spacious and super clean!!! Everyone enjoyed it… I recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you very much Cathy, we will be happy to come back!!!🙂

We were 12 people and we were very comfortable. The games room is great and although we couldn't enjoy it much the garden is spectacular.

Maialen's house is as described, close to downtown Saint Jean Pied de Port and the supermarket, everything can be done on foot. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and the view is beautiful. Maialen welcomed us perfectly and made us very helpful recommendations. Only small downside: it is missing some essential food products (a little oil, salt and vinegar) as well as some kitchen cleaning products and hand soap. Otherwise, it has everything you need. The garden and terrace are very nice in good weather and we were even able to enjoy the barbecue! We had a lovely stay.

It's an idyllic place, where time stops and invites you to reflect on your essence, the moment and the connection you have with nature. We were 2 families with children and we really enjoyed the animals, the purity of the environment and their hosts. Spectacular in autumn. Highly recommended to spend a few quiet days, without a hurry, let yourself be carried away and learn... Patxiku is very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is very large, with all the necessities, tidy and very clean. On the other hand, you should not be dizzy because to get there it is a mountain road. But it's definitely worth the trip because everything is spotless and the views are magnificent. We will definitely go back but not only for one night but for several days. I would highly recommend it

Exactly what I was looking for, a peaceful, quiet and beautiful place. Finding these 3 criteria together is exceptional. Laurence's cottage is perfect, a delicious view from the morning at breakfast. perfect for family trips, the cottage is very well-equipped. The best of the best, Laurence was adorable and responsive before, during and after our stay. Too bad we don't give 6 stars I found my little corner of tranquility, I will come back as soon as possible to recharge my batteries. a big thank you
