Drinking water comes to the kitchen and for washing, well water comes with a hose, clean and modern outdoor toilet. Rowboat. Lappeenranta city center and services about 12km away. Bus stop about 3 km from the cottage. Please check the driving directions somewhere other than Google Maps. Written arrival instructions in the arrival guide! We hope that the cottage will be left in the same condition when you leave as when you arrive.

Panorama Villa + Sauna on the shores of Lake Saimaa

When you're looking for stunning views, a unique experience, and the tranquility of nature. The property has a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, sauna and a large illuminated terrace. Panorama Villa is located on the shores of Lake Saimaa, in front of a long shoreline. Between the sandy beach and Villa, there is a lawn where you can play frisbee golf, petanque, and other outdoor activities. The lake landscape is visible from the living room, porch and sauna. At the back of the villa there is a summer kitchen recess with a Weber gas grill. In winter there is an ice hole.

Primitive finnish sauna and washing room prox 10 m2 with wooden stove, well water. Room 10m2 with fireplace, sofabed, 12V solarpower for lights. Grill for cooking at terrace. Fish-smoking equipment available. Great possibilities for fishing and picking berrys and enjoy nature peace area around clean water of Saimaa and fresh air. Destination is for naturelovers!

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

The market square is only about 5 km away, XAMK about 7 km, the nearest bus stop 1.5 km and Visulahti 4 km. The nearest store is 3.5 km away (S-Market Peitsari). Prisma and Citymarket are 4 km away and the nearest restaurant is there, as well as in Visulahti. Outdoor activities can be done either by jogging, enjoying the terrace or visiting the forest.

The city's beautiful harbor area is a short walk away, as well as the summer theater and the Fortress.

The yard is mainly in a natural state, so you may find blueberries as well as chanterelles.

Kalliomaja on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.
