Un petit havre de paix au cœur de la Ville Éternelle, proche de tous les points d'intérêt et monuments, et près du quartier Trastevere avec de nombreux restaurants et bars très sympathiques. Une pépite pour un séjour à Rome, l'appartement est idéal, très confortable, tout était parfait. Je ne peux que vivement recommander ! Merci pour tout !

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Benedetta’s place. Location is excellent— it’s an easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and Pantheon. There is an elevator which is a big deal for us carrying heavy luggage. The place is huge and very clean, we had everything we needed. Best of all, Bendetta is an excellent host — very responsive and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

La villa offre una vista spettacolare sia sui monti che sul lago, offre una bellissima piscina con sdraio a disposizione, una vasta parte verde in cui rilassarsi e molti posti letto per passare del tempo in compagnia! Consigliamo a tutti questi soggiorno! Wim è un host attento e premuroso, super reattivo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

I had an unforgettable time with my fiancé in a charming cottage in the heart of Tuscany. This place is a true paradise for those seeking peace, tranquility, and close contact with nature. From the very first day, we were delighted with the surroundings - picturesque landscapes, greenery, and silence, which allowed for complete relaxation. The cottage itself was perfect. The sauna and hot tub outdoors were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The grill was invaluable; we could prepare delicious meals outdoors, enjoying local specialties. The absence of neighbors within a few kilometers was a true luxury that allowed us to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuscany turned out to be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. I recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to spend time surrounded by nature, away from everyday stress. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.
