As soon we entered, it felt like home. It was our 3rd stay here as my sis studies in Pune. It's always clean & tidy, hygiene & well maintained place. Mr. Shetty is responsive & helpful. The best part I loved is he didn't charge for early check in & late check out, quiet flexible & felt every penny worth. I loved the renovation done, cool pretty colors of the false ceiling, it's lovely. I personally loved it!! Thank you so much for hosting us with all the warmth - I highly recommend this place ☺️

It was a pleasant one night stay. Place is kept clean and tidy. Bathrooms are clean. It is as shown in the photos, no surprises. Everything required for a comfortable stay is available. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils to do full cooking. Breakfast was provided to us on request. Groceries, restaurants, all shops are at walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at Bellacasa Hospitality. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, vibrant, and thoughtfully decorated. The blue accent wall in the dining area added a fresh and lively vibe to the space. All essentials were provided, and the kitchen was well-stocked for light cooking. The plants and decor gave the apartment a warm, welcoming feel. Host Asutosh Bobade was courteous, responsive, and made check-in/check-out seamless. The location was convenient and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay!

Indraneel met us personally when we checked in and that was the first of a few interactions. He was very responsive with my queries and kept checking on us during our stay. His apartment was exactly as described and represented in the pictures with all the amenities needed for a short or a long stay. The area itself is in old Pune with a vibrant local community. We had the joy of tasting wonderful home cooked meals which you need to request a day in advance. We have been fortunate to stay with very good hosts and this was one of our best experiences. Indraneel is the essence of what Airbnb stands for - providing a home away from home with warmth and hospitality. I highly recommend Indraneel and his apartment.
