The cabin is located in a popular cabin area where there are many opportunities. Skiing, hunting and fishing. Downhill slope 0.5 km Ski slope and snowmobile track. Climbing park. Cafe and restaurant. Experience the wonderful light of the midnight sun and the winter night surrounded by the northern lights, the moon and starlight. The cabin accommodates all you need to be comfortable. Here everything is in place to find peace, whether you are hunting the northern lights, want to get away from the city or seek the tranquility of the forest. The cabin is of a high standard and is equipped with an electric car charger, high-speed WiFi, Apple TV and washing machine, etc.

Cabin in the mountains

Great cottage only 20 minutes from Alta. Here you are in immediate proximity to nature, with ski and hiking trails right outside the door. From the E6, there is a gentle uphill slope that you have to walk for about 800 metres following a tractor road. In winter, skis or snowshoes should be used. The cabin has 4 beds in 2 bedrooms. Access to hot water and a shower, as well as mains electricity and a heat pump, but no Wi-Fi. All equipment such as bed linen/towels are of course included in the price. We can assist with transport from the airport if desired.

Studio apartment

Cosy studio attached to our house, with its own entrance and private bathroom. The kitchen and bed are in the living room. The studio is about 21 sqm The kitchen contains a stove, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee/tea and utensils. 150 cm double bed, bed linen and towels are included. - The bus stop is 2 minutes away - About 30 minutes' walk to the city centre - About 7-10 minutes by car to Alta Airport. As we have children in the house, there may be noise. Free parking for 1 car. No smoking, either outside or inside

Seaside resort

The property is located entirely by itself by the lake. 40 minutes from Alta. NB! Winter time (October - May) you have to ski or snowshoe about 1.5 km. Host can assist with transportation by snowmobile for an additional fee. Great hiking opportunities all year round. House renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and plenty of beds. Private room on the second floor where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the lake and mountains. If you are lucky, both orcas and whales will appear right outside. (November-January)

Seaview

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. Here you are close to nature, with a fantastic fjord view. 41 minutes by car from Alta Airport (36 km) In Kviby there is a cozy little grocery store where it is possible to shop for groceries. This is located about 6 km from the cabin, but has limited opening hours. It is a 24-minute drive to the alpine resort (22km), which is open in the winter. (Sarves Alta Outdoor Activity Ltd.) It may also be possible to have more than six residents, upon request.

No place to store luggage outside of stay. -Mini kitchen with cooking facilities. -No oven (stove) -Microwave oven -No washing machine. -Big porch. Steep and narrow stairs to the attic.Access to nature for walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

Discover the the Arctic Finnmark Alps in Jøkelfjord! (Glacierfjord) Very little light pollution gives great potential for Northern Lights watching, and whales often visit Oct–Jan. No guarantees, but lucky guests spot them from the warm sofa. The area offers excellent skiing opportunities.
