Monthly Rentals in Taman Mount Austin

Joyce / Kim Yoong were very responsive and we stayed with ease and comfort. The location is located at the center of eateries and it is very convenient with parking included. only setback was the worn look of the building and the toilet leaking bidet can be fixed. Environmental wise sad to say is unavoidable due to central location of busy town with traffic and music at Middle of the night hence soundproofing is just so so. overall we still manage to catch some rest for our staycation.

I really like the furnitures. Host extremely proactive. Didnt get to use all the stuff provided, but was satisfied nonetheless. Tho my only request is pls provide detergent if possible. Other than that, great place for short staycation! Will visit again if possible. Thanks!

Nice place with high ceiling. The apartment was really clean. Basic needs all met. One mattress was firm and the other was soft. Seems like it was an industrial office building converted into a residential building. Security- access card needed at each access point: lift, carpark gantry, carpark door, apartment level doors. We saw security guards patrolling the carpark. Generally a good stay. As the area is bustling with life at night, light sleepers may be affected by it. Thank you for the good stay.
