The owners are very attentive with regard to communication, always concerned with any problems that occur during their stay and always available. The condominium has a good swimming pool and leisure area. It gets a little busier on weekends, when the number of owner guests increases, from what I realized, but the common areas are not crowded. Excellent location, safe beach (almost private) and with little movement, ideal for family with children of any age, including security, chairs and parasol of the condo on the beach, calm sea and very good water temperature in the morning, very positive point. You need to have a vehicle to do the basic things, because next to the condominium there is no structure, although some services are offered by delivery. Information about the city: The city of Tamandaré has a good structure, with supermarkets, pharmacies and gas stations. It leaves the city restaurants wanting, without many options. Banks are missing. There are only two, Banco do Brasil (until 8:00 pm) and CEF (which does not have fast cash). Other than that you need to leave the city to withdraw money. That is, do this in advance. In general, a very good place to visit, whether with family and children, small or adults. Tour information: The tours in the region are very good and everything is very close. The apartment and the place where it is located exceeded our expectations. It has all the necessary comforts to feel at home. It is located on the beautiful playa do carneiros.
