The apartment is very new, equipped, finely decorated and complete with everything you need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It accommodates up to 5 people with an extremely soft double bed, a single bed with pocket springs and a very comfortable sofa bed with the additional Pillow Top item that guarantees more comfort at night. The apartment features a balcony also with sea views for you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including cooktop, microwave, fridge, airfryer, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and all utensils (pots, glasses, glasses, plates and cutlery) to hold any meal. We also have some items for added convenience: hair dryer, iron, clothesline, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Açores Tamandaré Flats has indoor parking, a Rooftop with a beautiful infinity pool with beautiful sea views, barbecues, party room, gym, spa, relaxing space and ample rooftop space for you to enjoy the moments of your stay. The site is also ideal for those who wish to explore the natural beauties of the region, such as the stunning Carneiros Beach, São Benedito Chapel, the Vila do Padre Arlindo and the new Acquaventura water park. OBS: The development is new and during business hours there may be noise of works of units being renovated.

Flat own apt 414, at Apart Hotel Marinas Tamandaré. Air-conditioned double room with TV, balcony (without protective screen) and sea view. In the living room, a sofa bed (not very comfortable), air-conditioned. Wifi. Mini kitchen with a sandwich maker, coffee maker, minibar,microwave, sink. No stove. Bathroom with electric shower. I offer bedding and bath linens, breakfast not included. The use of sound is prohibited. Room service every 3 days. Super small/rotating parking without fixed space.
