Monthly Rentals in Tamarindo

Sol and Emmanuel were extremely kind and responsive. They were able to help me out with random problems (my fault; not theirs) and their accommodations were top notch and a bargain. I hope to stay with them again. Oh — if you are quick on your feet, the beach is 90 seconds away!!!

Place is great and located very close to the main strip, just about a 5 mins walk to restaurants & about 10-15 min walk to the beach. Shower is not outdoor but there is no ventilation or AC located in the washrooms, so washrooms were very humid at times. There is a floor to ceiling window that provides ventilation but you are not visible from the outside, it is completely blocked / covered

Luca’s place is amazing and authentic. Having no tv was a BIG plus for us; it allowed us to unwind and relax. The AC worked great. The front enclosed kitchen/porch area was a great place to hang out. The location you can’t beat. It’s a quick walk to the beach and to all the bars and restaurants. He was really responsive when we needed some recommendations as well as assistance in checking in. The grounds are pristine, and it was close enough to all the restaurants bars and beach, but still very quiet.

We were very well received and were very easy to access the place, due to the always clear information that guided us throughout the stay. Clean, safe, comfortable and extremely pleasant place. The hosts were kind to respond whenever we needed to communicate and to leave all kinds of facilities for our convenience: beach chairs, bicycles, cooler, hairdryer. The kind of hospitality that makes all the difference, makes us feel good and brings us closer to the generous virtues that people choose to have with each other. Some dear ones! It's not the most central place possible, but it was the best where we could stay. Returning to Tamarindo and if there is a possibility, we will host again at the House of Rice!
