Dans un ancien couvent et situé au dernier étage et disposant d'un petit ascenseur, le loft est calme et idéal pour le télétravail ( Internet par fibre rapide ). A seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage du Miracle, et bien relié par bus aux magnifiques plages de la ville. Commerces de proximité, restaurants et bars, musées... soleil, tout y est!!!

Apartamento en primera línea de mar en Altafulla. Acceso a la playa tan solo bajando las escaleras del mirador de Altafulla. Contemplar las puestas de sol, cenar junto al mar de fondo, darse el primer chapuzón justo después de levantarse y después en la terraza situada por encima del nivel del mar, es una experiencia privilegiada. Se divisan los castillos de Tamarit y Altafulla así como también la reserva natural del río Gaiá en la playa de Tamarit. El precio no incuye la tasa turística.

El estudio ocupa la primera planta de nuestra casa, construida en 1692 y recién reformada. El estudio está distribuido en un dormitorio, sala de estar y comedor, cocina y baño. Podemos alojar hasta 2 adultos (cama doble), 2 niños pequeños o 1 niño mayor/adulto (sofá cama), y 1 bebé (cuna). Los huéspedes pueden hacer uso también de la entrada principal de la casa. Tanto el dormitorio como el comedor dan a la calle con balcones pequeños. Hay ventiladores de techo y calefacción.

The house consists of 3 floors, the ground floor is occupied by the owners and the 2 superiors are those that are offered. They are totally isolated and have a separate entrance from the street and a large and sunny terrace for the tenants. Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms. Two full bathrooms (suite and general). Dining room with kitchenette. Suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. Room with two bunk beds. Living room with TV, armchairs, and sofa (bed).

There are many walking and cycle trails .Train station 10 mins walk , Tarragona 10 mins and Barna 67 mins journey
