Wonderful apartment located on Tamariu’s promenade. Living room with incredible sea views. Newly installed Air Conditioning system. Direct access to the terrace, from where you can relax admiring the clear waters. Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Has a double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with a bathtub, a double room, and a room with bunk beds that share the second bathroom. This 44m2 studio/ apartment, located in a very quiet area of residential Begur and only a 20 minute walk to the town center. This fantastic studio offers a full equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower, WC and wash hand basin. The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

A spacious terrace features a comfortable seating arrangement with a beige sofa and matching armchairs. A wooden table sits at the center, offering a perfect spot for relaxation. The ocean view and distant coastline can be seen through the open terrace area.

Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and microwave oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 15m2 patio.

(from june to September 11th) The house is situated in a quiet area which is ideal for both couples and families.
