Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Charming house nestled in the heart of the countryside

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Village in the heart of Morvan, about 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon and in the middle of 3 beautiful Morvan lakes. A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

An 18th-century mill with a head race on the banks of the Aron, set in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed estate, swimming pool (heated in summer). We offer our house with all the facilities and features it includes, both inside and outside (BBQ, sun loungers, table tennis table, pétanque balls, etc.). Therefore, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will have the place to yourself. There are no neighbours, so no one will be overlooking you.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.
