Was perfect for our stay, managed to relax between walks. lovely and quiet away from the main road, but not far by car from Hongu Taisha for shops and restaurants

This is a really good place. Good use of the place, spacious and well located. The host is quick to react every time. She kindly let us store the luggages a little bit earlier before checking in. And there r snacks and drinks for free. Coffee and tea. All very considerate. Definitely recommend to stay here.

We had a great stay here while walking the Kumano Kodo. Conveniently located near the Hongu Shrine. Very spacious and clean accommodation!

We had an amazing time staying in this authentic Japanese traditional house that blends classic charm with modern comforts. The place was really clean and well kept, and you can tell Xian Jie, the owner pays attention to all the little things, which made it feel really cozy. The best part was definitely the brand-new private onsen—such a nice way to relax and made the trip way better. I highly recommend this place, and strongly suggest booking the optional dinner and breakfast to fully enjoy the authentic Japanese hospitality and cuisine made with local ingredients. This stay offers a perfect blend of tradition, comfort, and luxury for an unforgettable experience. Thumbs up👍
