The house has everything you need for an excellent stay, well equipped from the kitchen, cleaning supplies, etc. It is ideal for going as a family you have space for the children enjoying the greenery and games. Mariana was a very good host and friendly to us. Super recommended.

The best: - The neighbors have a very playful and friendly dog but enter the terrain (They are already working to correct it) - No cups - There is a door in the entrance that to close it I had to put some stones

MORE THAN HAPPY with our stay. The day we arrived, Julio welcomed us, very friendly and helpful in his gestures. We had told him that we were going to Tandil to take our dog to a veterinary appointment and he took care to ask us how it had gone, a gesture that we love because we love our pet. The apartment is very beautiful and cozy, more beautiful than what you can see in the photos. Always super heated and very clean; the water in the shower was perfect. The description didn't say it included breakfast, but we were surprised by the gesture that there was coffee/tea with milk, juice in the fridge and cookies. Everything was impeccable, really complete. The apartment across the street has a beautiful park, so the view from the window is beautiful, and at night it's very quiet. You can see the dike 100 meters away, so we drank mate in the sun and in the green with that beautiful view. HAPPY. Obviously every time we go back to Tandil, we will return to this apartment.

The house is very neat, clean and thoughtful. Manuel is very friendly and considerate (he welcomed us with a welcome cake that was very rich). The location is ideal (less than 3 km from the points of interest)
