Monthly Rentals in Tanjung Bungah

We as a family have enjoyed our stay in Danny's place. It is in walking distance to the Miami beach, and just some minutes drive to Batu Ferringhi, totally convenient. And the resort-style pools in the community is fantastic! The communication with Danny is always easy and smooth, instruction he gave was very useful and easy to understand. Not to mention the Seaview is just like a dream, I do very much enjoy my morning coffee and sit outside on the balcony overlooking to the sea. Not to mention that on the kitchen side you got the mountain view, occasionally you would see monkeys hopping around the woods. It's just experience of lifetime! Overall we very much loving our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Shi's place was a nice stay. The unit is good size, and is very well equipped. There are a few restaurants and cafes around, with a nice grocery store across the street. It is technically within walking distance of Gurney and Quayside, but with the weather I only did those walks in the evening when it's cooler. Otherwise I took Grab. A few downsides, as others have mentioned, the building has lots of Airbnb's and the lifts can become quite busy. Also the unit is a few stories above the pool, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings if you are a later sleeper.
