Whirlpool (75€ / stay; April-Oct.) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

There is a large double bed in the bedroom. Bus stop 202/218/222/262, Penny supermarket, restaurant and also fast food are within walking distance in just 1 minute. The city center of the beautiful city park and the outdoor pool of Wolfsburg are also nearby.

Accommodation not far from VW

Nice functional place to stay for some time near Wolfsburg. A private bathroom, TV and Internet also allow longer stays, above all the residential unit is closed and no room needs to be shared. There is no kitchen, but there is a kettle, a cooler and cups. The Lüneburg Heath is also nearby. Laundry facilities are available in the shared basement with an electric tumble dryer. Parking is no problem in front of the house.

On the lake, there is a swimming beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, soccer field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike rides.

It is an apartment located in our house, hence, you live with me and my family under one roof. The basement apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in August 2023. Due to the basement location, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer months and insulated warm in the winter months. The apartment is newly furnished and equipped. The basic equipment also includes powerful, free Wi-Fi and MagentaTV Smart. The bedroom offers separate sleeping accommodations for two people.
