The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area was cozy, and the bedroom was extremely comfortable – perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the care the hosts put into ensuring a top-notch experience. From fast Wi-Fi to round-the-clock assistance and thoughtful touches like local snacks and travel tips – everything exceeded expectation I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Mangalore. It truly felt like a second home, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I stayed for a long weekend with family. The location is very accessible, with all the attractions nearby. The house was spacious, clean, and had clear house rules to help maintain cleanliness. All the listed amenities were provided. The host, Ivan, was accommodating, allowing an early check-in, which was especially helpful for elderly parents. He was friendly, respectful of privacy, and provided a helpful information booklet which contains some house information and visit recommendations. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I look forward to book it again for future visits.

This is a beautiful home near the river bank. If you are in Mangalore, this is the place to stay. The best part is, the owner Mr Shenoy is proactive and very helpful.

Such an amazing homestay in Mangalore. We stayed there for 3 days. Arun uncle was very welcoming brought us breakfast for all the three days!! Highly recommended for a perfect getaway in Mangalore. The homestay is also situated a stone’s throw from sulthan bathery where we can catch a ferry to the tannirbhavi beach!
