On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

The house is charming and has a high, sunny location overlooking the sea, to the Koster Islands. Outdoors, you have several areas to socialize, on the floor. Under the pergola, you can grill and set the table for dinner. The viewpoint offers magical sunsets in the sea. You have walking distance to Saltö Nature Reserve with nice sandy beaches and hiking trails. On Tjärnö, you can go to the beach Svallhagen, which has an old stone pier, good for crab fishing. You can also go to Bofors camping, where there is a swimming jetty and a Bistro.

Entire house including guest house on the property and modern, furnished basement apartment with separate entrance located 5 minutes' walk down to the city center. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room, in the guest house a bunk bed and in the basement a 140 bed and sofa bed. A total of 5-6 bedrooms where up to 10 guests can stay. The house consistently maintains a high standard and the well-equipped kitchen offers pure cooking pleasure. The garden offers a good sunny location where the sun shines most of the day.

With a walking distance of about 300 meters to Grebbestad's jetty and about 500 meters to the beach in the center, you have the opportunity to explore the entire Grebbestad restaurant and jetty life. You are also close to a wide range of other activities such as the Kayak Center, tennis courts, paddle courts, Tjurpannan Nature Reserve, day trips to surrounding island life by boat, etc. There are activities for all ages and interests.

Generous space for 8 people with all the amenities for relaxed living in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
