Sea View cabin 8min, walk to beach

This is a 1 bedroom cabin with a queen. Duvet and pillows. There is also a pullout sofa bed. It is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle. It is run on gas and solar power. There is no TV or microwave. Leave behind your hair dryer and hair straighteners and enjoy the privacy, peace and view. There is a BBQ available. Linen can be provided for a fee. 1st 2 guests are $100 per night then $10 per head per night after that. We are happy to provide a tent for kids to sleep in out on the lawn.

The seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin below, each with its own separate driveway and amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Ian and I welcome you to a taste of country life and country noise, an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock. Nesting swallows on the porch in case you have a fear of birds! It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Take a break and enjoy the peace and beauty of the Waipu hills. The cabin is located well away from the main house with it's own carport. It has a kitchenette with fridge, hotplates, microwave and a small oven . The spacious deck is prefect for outdoor dining. Relax and enjoy the rural views or head out and explore the area. Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

Wake up to birdsong at this private and quiet getaway, that has plenty of nearby activities and attractions. Visit the local vineyards, markets, restaurants, beautiful beaches and local walks. The cosy cabins are less than an hour North of Auckland tucked away at the base of the Dome Valley reserve which is 5 minutes drive from Warkworth and 15 minutes to Matakana.
