Welcome to the Bergsonne Lammertal apartment – quietly located at 1,000 m above sea level in St. Martin am Tennengebirge. The accommodation offers two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a sunny terrace with panoramic mountain views. In summer, hiking trails lead directly from the front door to alpine pastures and swimming lakes. In winter, ski trails, ski areas, and winter hiking trails await you nearby. Ideal for families, nature lovers, and guests with dogs.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Cosy holiday apartment with a beautiful view over the Gastein Valley, in a quiet location in Bad Hofgastein. An ideal base for skiing holidays, spa visits or hiking in the mountains. The Bad Hofgastein Alpentherme thermal baths, the town centre and the Schlossalmbahn cable car can all be reached in just a few minutes. Bad Hofgastein train station is about a 10-minute walk away. For flexible arrivals, we offer self check-in, which means that later arrivals are also possible.

This 500-year-old house in the historic center of Hallstatt was renovated with a lot of love for detail. Here, the history of Hallstatt is noticeable everywhere. Lake Hallstatt is only 30 m away and from the premises and the garden you have a wonderful lake view. On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with coffee. The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Luxury Alpine Chalet (230m2) in Mühlbach for 10 people with a fantastic view! 5 luxury bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and cooking island. MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso machine, QUOOKER, EV charging station (11kW) and many (free) extras! Built in 2022 and equipped with every modern comfort and beautiful materials. The cozy and warm look, wooden doors with a height of 220cm and subtle accents in the interior, make this chalet a Top Chalet!

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Stegstadl

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.

Fancy adventure and nature in a 60 m² romantic log cabin? On the southern slope in the Grossarltal, surrounded by trees and in a quiet location is your romantic cabin, which offers a perfect starting point for skiing and hiking tours. Or simply enjoy the day on the large sun terrace with a unique view of mountains, meadows and forests or do you prefer to relax in the large Swiss pine sauna? ;)
