Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Ein Wunderbares Haus, für uns, architektonisch sehr ansprechend. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem weitläufigen Garten, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem zentral. Wenn es sich einrichten lässt würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Perfecto para disfrutar de Ostuni i de la Puglia, en pleno centro, rodeado de buenos restaurantes. Aparcamiento gratuito cercano a solo 4 minutos. La calle es muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar después de todo un día visitando la Puglia. Muy buenas vistas desde la terraza. La cama es perfecta. Todo limpio y ordenado. Mario fue muy amable al recomendar restaurantes cercanos. Tuvo el detalle de obsequiarnos con un buen vino. Muy recomendable especialmente para parejas jovenes dado que tiene bastantes escaleras. Si volvemos a la Puglia repetiremos.

we visited the area for a wedding nearby, and this villa was the perfect place to stay! we booked as two couples and the villa itself is probably the best Airbnb we've all stayed at - it has everything you could need; beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, peaceful yet right in the centre of town. the bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. the pool area was beautiful to relax by during the day. the communication was great as well. we didn't meet Sabrina but she was super helpful in the lead up and we had Peter on hand when we arrived and for any questions we had during the stay. thanks so much! finally, we loved nardo as well - there was an amazing selection of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. we were only there for 5 nights but you could easily try somewhere new each day for a couple a weeks and still need more time. hopefully we get the chance to come back! thanks so much 🙏

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans les Pouilles. Un voyage en famille qui marquera nos esprits et notre coeur pour longtemps. Daniela et son mari sont très gentils et accueillants. Le logement est conforme au descriptif et pratique. Chaque jour est ponctué de petites attentions et de conseils precieux.

Gemütliche, großzügige Unterkunft mit tollem Außenbereich. Der Salzwasser Pool und die Außendusche sind fantastisch. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, es ist für alles gesorgt. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher, Liegen und Wasserspielgeräte für draußen. Die Außenküche haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, ein Hightlight ist der große Grill. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der riesige Garten mit den Obstbäumen (von denen man Essen darf) ist auch für Kinder super. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Auto ist nötig um die kleinen und großen Städte außenrum zu besichtigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, auch bei Wind und Regen findet man auf der großen überdachten Terrasse ein trockenes Plätzchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für alles!

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

De AirBnB was echt fantastisch. Op basis van de foto's verwachtten we al heel wat moois, maar de uitzichten over Fasano en in de verte de zee overtroffen alles. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. De woning zelf was prima en van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Marika was een geweldige host, altijd bereid om even bij te staan. Ik had helaas de pech dat ik vlak voor aankomst een griep te pakken had gekregen en daardoor behoorlijk ziek werd. Marika was er om te helpen met medicijnen en schoon beddengoed. Vanuit de AirBnB kun je veel mooie plekken bezoeken - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (het Trulli-dorp), verschillende beachclubs langs de kust en met wat verder rijden heb je nog Lecce, Tarente en Brindisi zo bereikt. Een stuk dichterbij is het stadje Fasano, aardig om te zien en er zijn aardig wat restaurantjes te vinden. Op loopafstand van de AirBnB een restaurantje. Een simpele keuken, maar prima voor als je een avondje niet wil koken maar ook niet rijden.

Excelente experiencia. A nuestra llegada se nos ofreció sin cargo extra un departamento con camas matrimoniales ( ya que el reservado no las tenia). El departamento es muy amplio, bien espacioso, bien equipado. Notamos la falta de una tostadora y una pava eléctrica para nuestra mayor comodidad. Me comunique por chat con Domenico y compró esos elementos al instante para nuestra estadia. Muy atento a todas nuestras consultas y de excelente predisposición. El estacionamiento en el segundo subsuelo es algo complicado de encontrar, pero las instrucciones que se nos entregaron eran claras y precisas. Buena señal de WIFI en todo el departamento. Salvo lo arriba comentado el resto del equipamiento de primera calidad. Se nos ofreció café, galletas, azúcar, edulcorante, jugo de fruta, agua, todos los elemento de limpieza de cocina y para lavar ropa. Un lujo para el viajero. Gracias Domenico!

Antonio und Lina sind wunderbare freundliche Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern, sehr empfehlenswert! Die Altbauwohnung ist süß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und wenn es warm draußen ist, auch hell. Wir waren Ende März dort und das Wetter war anfangs sehr kalt und regnerisch. Aber wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im traumhaften Gallipoli.

Luigi’s house was surrounded by a beautiful landscape with many fruit and olive trees. The location is great! Just a few minutes' drive from the supermarket, town and beaches, yet in a quiet location. In one week we only met two walkers and the farmer. The terrace provides plenty of shade thanks to its bamboo roof. Luigi's other houses are situated and built in such a way that you can still enjoy plenty of privacy without noticing your neighbors. A highlight was the garden shower, which also has hot water if you decide to take a shower under the stars in the evening. We also enjoyed using the barbecue to try the local fish. Communication with Luigi was great. He gave us lots of tips and information about the surrounding area, restaurants and beaches. He is a very nice and helpful host. We recommend Luigi’s accommodation!

Dario’s place was lovely with several evenings spend on the amazing terrace. The apartment does have steep stairs so I will take note of that when considering bags, but overall was a comfortable stay!

Meget god kommunikation med udlejer. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Polignano a Mare, hvor der var en afslappende atmosfære og en smuk udsigt. Stor, anvendelig og meget brugbar tagterrasse. Rummelig lejlighed med stort soveværelse. Boligen er placeret centralt i gåafstand til den gamle bydel, havet og restauranter.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Casa molto particolare circondata da piante di ulivo, mandorle e fichi (buonissimi da raccogliere e mangiare). La cucina è attrezzata bene e abbondantemente , con tante stoviglie a disposizione. Località tranquilla immersa nel verde con bellissimi tramonti in terrazza. Una bella vacanza!

We had a very pleasant stay at Orazio’s beautiful villa outside of Martina Franca. The house itself is lovely but the outdoor space is spectacular. There are many places to lounge in the sun or to have a meal, or to simply sit in the sheltered patio. Orazio is the perfect host! He is very proactive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The swimming pool is a very welcome extra that we were grateful to have. Would love to return!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, gelegen in het centrum van Monopoli, op wandelafstand van diverse restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De plaats was niet moeilijk te vinden en we kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies en tips waar je gratis je eventuele wagen kan parkeren. Je krijgt een typisch verblijf in een een woning van 4 verdiepingen met draaitrap wat voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, misschien niet zo makkelijk is. Het was zeer netjes en vooral het dakterras was heerlijk om 's morgens met een koffie je dag te beginnen.

Sehr schönes Haus zentral gelegen in der Nähe der wunderschönen Stadt Ostuni. Eingerichtet mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail. 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit en-suite Bad und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, ideal für einen Aufenthalt zu viert. Sehr netter Empfang durch Martine, welche immer sofort bei Fragen/Problemen erreichbar und sehr hilfreich war. Der Pool und die Aussenanlage sind traumhaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, das schmale Einfahrtstor, welches in Vorbemerkungen erwähnt wurde, war kein Problem für uns.

Le trullo est atypique, on y trouve le confort et l’accueil comme si nous étions à la maison,il était frais pour le mois d’avril qui avait des températures basses pour les pouilles. Il est très bien situé pour visiter les villes de la vallée d’Itria et la mer reste proche aussi. Il est situé en campagne donc au calme avec un grand jardin très agréable. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Anfang Juni, hatten wir den Außenbereich sogar meist für uns. Der Pool ist toll und der Garten super schön angelegt und bepflanzt. Die Wohnung Dune hat eine oder sogar fast schon zwei großzügige Terrassen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Sogar Wäschewaschen war möglich. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und seine Ruhe haben.

Posto tranquillissimo e bellissimo dove rilassarsi e godersi un po' di tranquillità e a 15-20 minuti di distanza da altri luoghi da visitare. Erika è stata super disponibile e gentile all'accoglienza. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà. Assolutamente consigliato!

La plus belle maison que nous ayons eu la chance de louer sur Airbnb. Encore mieux que sur les photos, environnement magique avec accès direct privé à une belle petite plage. Piergiorgio s’est toujours montré réactif et attentif à ce que notre voyage se déroule bien. Une destination merveilleuse qu’on recommande à 💯 % 🤩 .

Wir lieben das Haus. Wir haben hier einige Wochen verbracht und uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und groß, die Zimmer sind gut und schön eingerichtet und die Deko schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre. Die 2 Terrassen sind super, um draußen zu essen oder die Sonne zu genießen. Die Lage ist top, man hat direkt viele Parkplätze vor der Tür und es sind 4 Supermärkte in Fussweite. Man schaut aus dem Fenstern auf Felder, was wir sehr schön fanden. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall und kommen auch gerne wieder.
