The apartment is located in the garden near the owners' house, which includes a restaurant with excellent cuisine. The apt. is fully equipped including a kitchen, a sofa bed, a double bed and a raised wooden sleeping floor (1 and 1/2 beds) . In the colder and winter months, the property is heated by a wood-burning stove, which is available right next to the property. The town of Unhošť is located 15km from Prague, you can also use direct bus or train lines by public transport. The trip takes 35 minutes.

The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The bungalow for sole use is located directly at the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet/single location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the preserved building in the grassland. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and relaxation pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The place Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you can take a boat trip.

There are no hidden costs with this offer. We offer a beautiful, small, private house, including Terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. You can reach Vienna Central Station by train in 15 minutes, and Therme Wien Oberlaa by bus in 10 minutes. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are available at any time.
