Huset ligger tæt ved et naturområde og en kort køretur fra københavn samt Kastrup/Amager strandpark.

Der er 200 meter til Naturpark Amager, et 3500 hektar stort område med flot natur og mange cykel og vandre stier. Annekset har ikke køkken, men der er mulighed for at lave mad. (el kedel, brødrister, microovn indendørs. Kul grill og gasblus med gryder og pander udendørs)
