Inner-City - New Yorker appartment

3 room appartment associated in the steet by the name of "Lavendelstrædet". It is a quiet street just one minut walk to Strøget, the famous and longest pedestrian street in the world. The neighbour next door is the tower of Copenhagen City Hall , capturing the atmosphere of the old, nostalgic city among hip cafées, restaurants and special shops. In other words: The city pulse is just outside the frontdoor. Despite the fact that the appartment is very central, there is no noise from either inside the appartment, nor outside the sunny south-balcony, which easily can fit six people. The building dates from 1799, but has maintained its original charme after a massive renovation in 2007. INTERIOR: Besides a main entrance with room for coats and shoes, the appartment consists of a large, open space kitchen with an extended living room all in the New Yorker style with high seelings and lots of sunlight. There are two bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with wash and dryer. The appartment is decorated in the modern Scandinavian way - in other words: a perfect base for a vacation in Copenhagen.

Family-friendly house in prime location in a garden association on Amager. If you stay close together, there is space for 4 people here. However, it is ideal for couples with children. Located between the airport (4 km) and the centre of Copenhagen (5 km). Open environment where community is paramount. Cosiness & simple living. Garden with trampoline. Close to shops and the bus. 1 km to the Fields shopping centre, good cafés and bakeries, and the ‘Ørestad’ metro and train station. You are welcome the periods when we do not use the house ourselves 😊 I meet my guests the way I would like to be met 😊

Enjoy Sydhavnen's many green areas, cafes and beach and get around easily to the inner city's historic center and districts with the local Metro or S-train. Grocery stores, cafes and Karens Minde cultural house are just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Ideal for a family or two couples who want to experience Copenhagen's pulse in the beautiful light of autumn, and at the same time have a base in airy surroundings with high ceilings.

The stable in old cozy Skanör

In old Skanör, there is this guest house that was a stable more than 100 years ago. Now there are two bedrooms with four beds, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a private seating area with barbecue grill. A washing machine and dryer is available. Sheets, towels and a crib can be rented. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, an ICA store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and above all the fantastic sandy beach.

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.
