The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. It is also close to the airport and to some fantastic wineries in the region. Come and enjoy all that this fantastic location has to offer.

Bright 45 m2 apartment. Incredible sea view, on the 3rd floor, with elevator. Very quiet place, among the pines surrounded by 4 coves and beaches 2-person apartment, with bedroom, 180 x 200 double bed, very comfortable, direct access to terrace. A TV living room with direct access to the terrace. equipped kitchen and one bathroom. very powerful wifi ideal for TELEWORKING. hot/cold air conditioning. The BIG BONUS, unique in the region... On the 8th floor, by elevator, terrace with 360° view of the entire region!

Country House With Pool in Pure Nature. Beach 20km

A very private and cosy stone Tiny House with stunning mountain & pool views. PERFECT IF YOU LOVE SILENCE, NATURE. The local area has a river, castle, winery, mountains and mediterranean beaches. This lovely mezzanine studio has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The private terrace outside has a BBQ, table, chairs and amazing views to enjoy your evening glass of vino! The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.
