Loved our stay. Accommodation was cosy and warm. One small complaint was that the mattress on the bed was not very comfortable, but this was the only thing. The kitchen was very well stocked and we tried one of the recommended walks which was beautiful. Location was very peaceful. Would love to come again.

Great place to stay, we loved our new years! A very very quiet place but lovely!

The Hideaway was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful & beautiful countryside escape. We were lucky enough to see all sorts of wildlife - deer, hares, birds of prey. There is also a livery nearby with a public footpath going right through it so we also came across some very friendly horses too. Not forgetting the hosts 2 gorgeous dogs - Isla & Roxy who gave us a very warm welcome on arrival :) Jacqueline & Mark were great hosts - chatty and made you feel right at home and happy to give us any info or recommendations on local places to eat/drink or visit whilst also respecting our privacy too. The detail to the decor inside and how clean & tidy it was also has to be mentioned. We would highly recommend and equally look to return another time to get away from the hustle & bustle of our every day life back home. Thank you so much! We have returned home feeling very relaxed.

We agreed it was the nicest place we have stayed so far! The rooms are lovely and very tastefully furnished. Kitchen is very well equipped so felt right at home. The views are lovely, as is the patio seating area. It’s really well situated to get to the shops and the gym as well. Had a fabulous time- we hope to be back!
