Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

A small studio apartment with all the amenities near the city center. The newly renovated modern apartment has a double bed, a kitchen with everything you need, a Smart TV with over 100 channels, high-speed internet, modern air conditioning, a bathroom with underfloor heating and a large boiler. Parking in the yard and in front of the house.

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
