A beautiful space, very private and spotless. Above the Island Bay central strip and a km or 2 from the coast, but very close to the Golf Course and the City to the Sea walkway.

A great place to stay! Location is amazing so so close to the beach and the main cafe on the wharf. The apartment was great too. Room was big enough for us to fit a portacot. Our dog came with us and it was so accommodating to dogs, the water bowl, and toys. We will be staying again!

Annabel is a great and friendly host. We had an absolutely incredible stay at this luxury retreat! The breathtaking views were simply stunning, and the comfortable accommodations exceeded our expectations with complete luxurious amenities. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made our time here truly unforgettable. We really love the high pressure shower, big bath tub, and big and cozy couch. We had a wonderful time relaxing and taking in the beauty of the surroundings. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway

Cute cottage with good amenities. The views from inside and the balcony were breathtaking. Also was out of down town Dunedin which was quiet and relaxing
