Situated on Hobart's Eastern Shore, View Studio is 10 minutes travel to the city and Salamanca, 20 minutes to MONA or Richmond and Coal Valley Wineries and 15 minutes from Hobart Airport.

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Our guest house has one bedroom with queen size bed and a double fold out sofa bed in the common lounge area. Hillside B&B, self contained cottage is 6 minutes from the mural town of Sheffield, 20 minutes from Devonport and 60 minutes from Cradle Mountain. Private and peaceful with views of both Mt Roland and Lake Barrington. Farm eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, milk etc provided for self cook breakfast. Self checkin. Unfortunately due to steps and outside raised decking area it is not safe/suitable for infants or children.
