This is a quirky unit that has been separated out from the main house with its own ranch slider entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has high ceiling in living zone, native timber floors in service areas and the bedroom is spacious with a view out to garden . It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with amazing views from many aspects when venturing, gardens and lawns .

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

You couldn’t get a closer location in this coastal paradise. Pilot Bay harbor is at the end of the drive way! A beautiful bay for swimming and relaxing as you watch boats and cruise ships sail by. Or walk 4 mins to the vibrant stretch of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, hot pools, scenic walking tracks up and around Mt Maunganui or NZ’s best voted beach, Mt Maunganui beach. Seriously, you won’t even need your car to enjoy this beautiful place. There is something for everyone.

The private flat is in our back yard at the Mount. Handy location 400m to the beach, only 200m to New World supermarket, and Central Parade shops where you will find almost everything you need. Cafes, Laundromat, Fuel station, Post Office, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, ATM, & a great Thai Restaurant. 5 minute drive to main Mount Maunganui downtown for a great selection of Restaurants and Bars. Five minutes walk to busy cafes, bars and shops. 75sqm of hideaway in busy area. Two minutes walk to Ocean and harbour beaches. For the next 12 months there will be a construction site next door from Monday to Friday (not weekends). There will be some noise.

The guesthouse boasts a large deck with stunning views over the Bay Of Plenty and a full kitchen with ample parking. A wonderful getaway for couples and families located around 20-30 minutes drive to Tauranga and 10 minutes to Omokoroa Beach and supermarket. Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

We have dropped our price due to the “ Occupancy Tax” NZ govt is now charging guests We are 15mins from Hobbiton movie set. Rustic, hand built,natural cleaning products, linens and recycled materials (nothing fancy) Wake up to river views from your swinging king size bed, enjoy a “cold one” on the floating pontoon or laze around in one of the hammocks, enjoy the ambience of the fire pit or hot tub. There are insects so please bring long layers for protection

Welcome to our listing. Our place is situated in Bellevue, Tauranga in a quiet cul de sac. Only 10min to town, 15 mins to Mt Maunganui. Handy access to hot pools, walking, cycling, kite boarding and kayaking. There is plenty of off street parking even for a boat. We are a multilingual family and between us speak: English, German, Spanish and Italian.
