Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Come relax & unwind at Burr-wood Gardens couples retreat, the Bays best kept secret set in established gardens, surrounded by native bush & abundant birdlife. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or a much needed ‘relax and reset’. You will be surrounded by nature and stunning vistas. The garden has been established for more than 25 years but the retreat was built in 2020. A great base to explore the Bay of Plenty. 5 minutes from golf course, 10 minutes from Katikati, 40 minutes to Mount Maunganui.

A spacious bedroom features a queen bed adorned with a floral-patterned quilt and decorative pillows. Modern bedside lamps are positioned on either side, and natural light enters through a window, complemented by white blinds. A small framed piece of art adds a touch of decor.

HANDY BLAKE PARK, BAY OVAL (short walk), Mount/Omanu GOLF, Tauranga AIRPORT. 5 mins drive (2.5 k’s)/20 min flat walk along Maunganui Rd to main shops/restaurant/Pilot Bay or approx 45 mins walk via the beautiful beach. Perfect base for Rotorua & Hobbiton.

Spacious garden suite at Mount Maunganui

Our place is in a quiet cul de sac with easy parking, we are close to the beach & Bayfair Mall. You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

A spacious living area features natural light streaming through large glass doors that open to an outdoor space. Light-colored walls complement textured furniture, including a round table and two wicker chairs, arranged atop a soft carpet. A TV is mounted on the wall opposite.

The Beach House is a perfect location for a weekend retreat. Gorgeous separate studio unit with kitchenette, ensuite and spacious living. Off street parking and an outdoor area to relax. A short stroll to Marine Parade beach and the popular Tay Street cafe. Only 2kms to Mount Maunganui township with boutique shopping, bars & restaurants. If exercise is your thing, enjoy a stroll around the Mount (Mauao) or for spectacular views, there are several tracks to the top to suit any fitness level.

Quiet location.
