Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - the Tower - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The village of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 m), an enviable sunny position and at the same time proximity to the town of Domodossola and the Alpine lakes. The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Authentic mountain. The house is located near the Mont Avic Natural Park and 3 km from the centre of Champorcher. The accommodation is in a detached house, located in a small and quiet hamlet at an altitude of 1600 metres; you can therefore enjoy peace, intimacy and a breathtaking view of the mountains. My accommodation is suitable for couples looking for sports and nature, relaxation and tranquility or smart working.

"Il Ciliegio" holiday home

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.

Villa located in the magical Cheneil Basin, a 20-minute drive from the village of Valtournenche. Point of passage of the high street n 1 and departure for many trekking. The villa is entirely at guests' disposal, is reachable on foot ( 10 minutes from the arrival of the elevator) and is equipped with all the necessary comforts to live a magical holiday in contact with nature.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
