Holiday rentals with breakfast in Tavullia

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

My family and I felt right at home. We had a great time in this cozy little house. We really recommend it to all families also thanks to the kindness and availability of Giulia's mother who gave us great tips for restaurants, to visit San Marino and made us find a typical San Marino dessert for breakfast. The house is very comfortable, in a very quiet area just a stone's throw from the countryside, but comfortable by car to any local attraction. TOP!

Roberta's chalet is a delightful, quiet, and very comfortable place. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the woods and mountains.

Beautiful experience. The accommodation is accessible through a dirt road and at times a little steep and narrow, but still well maintained and accessible by car, the location is definitely worth the trip. Beautiful landscape, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. Very special accommodation, a combination of rustic and modern elements that makes it very welcoming and pleasant. Hosts really available and kind. If we can, we will definitely be back. ❤️

The house is located in a beautiful place in the Apennines, relatively close to cities such as Gubbio, Urbino and Cagli, which are worth a visit, but above all surrounded by nature and silence as well as many paths to walk nearby and for all levels. Obviously, you are a little lost so the amenities like supermarkets etc. are not right around the corner, so you need to prepare. The road to get to the house is a mountain road (paved), so quite narrow but easily accessible given the very little traffic. The house is comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (pots, condiments, coffee...), there is a terrace with beautiful views, there is no heating (hot water yes) but there is a fireplace. The host Riccardo was super helpful and kind: both in terms of check-in and check-out, and during the stay, he took care that there was everything you need, from linens to wood for the fireplace.

Cordiality, availability and kindness towards the guest! The house is located on the second floor of a very nice building, with an elevator. We found the house heated! Highly recommended!

Silvia is always easily accessible, answers questions and also comes by if you need help. The apartment is nicely furnished, everything tastefully coordinated. The whole apartment complex is well maintained and the apartment is quiet. We had nothing to complain about

Everything was perfect, the apartment was equipped with all the comforts that are rarely found including shampoo, foam bath, coffee, pasta, etc.

Nicoletta was very welcoming and accommodating. She was always responsive and proactive and made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and the bedroom was nice and cosy. Her place is about a thirty minute walk from the beach which you can get to by walking through the lovely Parco Fabbri and just a five minute walk from the house is Parco Giovanni Paolo II, which is a peaceful place to take a stroll by the lake. I will definitely be hoping to book the place again the next time I am in Rimini!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Letizia is a very accommodating host. Your accommodation is located in an idyllically located property, is generously sized and lovingly furnished. A private parking lot right in front of the entrance was available to me as well as a remote control for the electronic roller shutter. Thanks to the extensive amenities, I lacked nothing and I felt very comfortable right away. Letizia's warm welcome consisted of providing me with a freshly baked traditional "Ciambella"cake. A beautiful gesture that I really appreciate! Grazie di cuore e tanti auguri!

The stay was great. The apartment matches the photos and description. The spaces are cozy and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alessandro has always responded promptly to messages and gave us precise directions to easily find the place and check in. Absolutely recommended!

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Very nice place to stay with a great and artistically designed room almost right on the beach. Roberto has been a super friendly and very nice host. The breakfast offered was super tasty and you had a lot of choice, also the cappuccino was great! We definitely recommend Roberto's place and would be happy to come back.

Perfect stay, very nice and super central accommodation, really a great location

The arrival and getting to know each other were very warm. There were very delicious cakes and absolutely delicious fruits, as if freshly picked. The place was great and very clean. It's a correspondingly large apartment that met all our wishes. The highlight was of course the pool. What could be better than swimming a lap in the early morning, at lunchtime or late in the evening. Karl and his wife were very kind and accommodating. This is how my family and I imagine a vacation. Karl's home is also a great starting point for cultural activities, to Ravenna, Rimini or San Mareno. Thanks Karl!

We stayed 5 days in Monica's house. The house was clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need, located in a strategic location 10 minutes from the sea with a great view. Monica was very welcoming, friendly and always available and her two beautiful dogs are great company. We highly recommend staying with Monica.

My family (with our dogs) stayed in Vania's B&B for two nights and we had a great time. Beautiful spaces: from the green and well-kept garden to the interior of the house furnished with taste and care. Breakfast is a treat, both for the layout of the room and for the food offered (very good jams). If we return to the Urbino area in the future, we will choose Vania's accommodation again for our stay!
