Holiday rentals with breakfast in Tbilisi

Great place to stay especially for a larger group.

It is a very fantastic place. It was very pleasure to stay with you.

We lived in this small but very cozy apartment in the very center for a month. Renovation and furniture are new, excellent bathroom (a rarity for apartments in the center of Tbilisi). On cooler days, you can turn on the heating, for the hot - there is air conditioning. There is everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, good internet (because we both worked from home, it was important for us to have and stability), hair dryer, iron, tableware, TV. There is no washing machine, but this was not an issue, we were helped by the hostess's grandmother who lives on top. You can ask her for help on any subject. Separately, I want to note the terrace, which we often had breakfast with a beautiful view of the city! Thank you for your hospitality! :)

Great house, this is the house I was looking for for my family. Authentic, with its own character, with a large yard where fruits, grapes and berries grow, we managed to capture raspberries, currants and cherries. Peaches, apples are available. Hospitable, welcoming hosts, it's easy to find common ground and agree on everything. Not far from the house there is a road, you can see and hear it. But we are not particularly disturbing. Tbilisi is 15-20 minutes away, but transport does not go from the house. We used taxis to the Didubi metro. Everything was great, we hope to come back.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable for staying. There are also many additional supplies like a hair dryer, Netflix on TV and towels, so it was really comfortable and pleasant to spend time here The apartment is located in the central district of the city (about 10-15 minutes by foot to most popular tourist destinations), but it is really quiet and safe here. Also there are many 24/7 shops nearby, so it was convenient Alex is a great host — helped us with everything and responded really quickly, even when we arrived late at evening. Thanks a lot!! It was a pleasure to stay here, definitely highly recommended!

I can recommend this apartment location - near metro (5-7 min walking), many supermarkets nearby, big fruit and veggies market. not much places to walk around the apartment itself, but thanks to metro you can visit city center in 20 mins clean has heating, so suitable for winter good communication things I would advise to fix - shower head, new one would be appreciated thing to note - there is no actual window in the second bedroom, so pay attention to the photos ;)

If you want to stay in the heart of Tbilisi and live in the culture instead of a plush hotel in a tourist area, than this is for you.

It was a pleasure to stay in Nika’s apartment! He is a very nice host, always reachable and very responsive. The apartment is very cozy and perfectly located in the middle of the city with a lot of stores, markets and everything you need is close by. The apartment is perfect for two people equipped with everything you need as well as a lot of space. I can only recommend the apartment!

I booked Mariam’s apartment for my friend, who was visiting me in Tbilisi. I live here and know that it’s not always easy to find a decent accommodation in terms of value and price. But Mariam’s place exceeded my expectations! My friend absolutely enjoyed the stay and I will book this place again for any of my visiting friends! Highly recommend!

Very cool apartment in the center of the city! Our first trip to Georgia will now always evoke the warmest memories, because the apartment was really comfortable, the hostess was very caring (cleaning was every day, shock!), and there are very beautiful Tbilisi checkpoints around the house. A huge shopping mall with a supermarket and a food court, metro and parks are within a 5-minute walk! Also bear this apartments there are a weekend flea market! But beware that at night the gates to the courtyard are closed and you may not get home.

I had the most wonderful stay. Lela's place went above and beyond to meet all our expectations and to make our holiday 1 to remember!

I loved my stay at Gvantsa and her family home ! It felt like I was part of a Georgian family for a few days. The house is beautiful and has a nice garden, the location is very useful if you want to visit David Gareji ! Bonus1 : Gvantsa helped me to book some train tickets (in an Armenian website) ; bonus2 : Gvantsa and her friend proposed to drive me to the desert, and I had the chance to visit a local winery (friend of Gvantsa) which wasn’t expected at all ! During my stay, the aunt cooked for us traditional food (and vegetarian as I asked for) and it was always delicious ! :)

Roy is a cool host who can give some really great life advices to lead a life as a great guy!!! has a cozy place with a cute hamster.... makes great coffee and i would recommend you as he was present there to help with anything you need during your stay at Roy's place. Well he is a great man!!

Our holiday was truly unforgettable, and Mariam and her mother’s apartment played a big part in that. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment is in an excellent location, surrounded by countless shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. With its high ceilings, spacious rooms, comfy bed, and abundant natural light, it was everything we could have hoped for. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and can’t wait to stay here again!
