Guest house holiday rentals in Tbilisi

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old St. Petersburg house that survived the blockade. Nearby is Frunzenskaya metro station. Alexandra was quick to respond to questions, explained everything in detail. We were met by Natalia, Alexandra's mother, a friendly sweet woman. She has two curious cats. You can use the kitchen. We stayed for 2 days, everything was fine.

The accommodation was perfect for me, 10/10. Great combination of location and price—right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

We rested for a week in early April, a little unlucky with the weather, there were rains, but this did not prevent us from having a great rest!!! Two families, 5 people, you can safely 8☺️ The location is convenient, not far from the old part. There is a shop and bakeries nearby. In short, everything you need to eat. The house is big, great loggia, in summer it's a buzz! I recommend calling a taxi at the address, not the location, otherwise the taxi will come from the yard, and there is a dead end and nowhere to turn around, taxi drivers swear. And carefully with a tree in front of the house, the branch grows parallel to the ground, at head level, you can hit hard in the dark. And there's nothing to complain about. Georgia is a wonderful country, we will definitely come back again!!!!!🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

There is a housekeeper kitten in the yard that will accompany you in and out. The room is very cozy. The hostess is also very welcoming and replies messages quickly.

Amazing host with outstanding apartments. Beautiful view and great service. Location is within Tbilisi's heart. Night view is something! Clean rooms, responsive host, breakfasts, comfortable beds. If you want to dive into Tbilisi's atmosphere this place is for you. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Stay in Tbilisi! We stayed in several properties around Tbilisi, but this one truly stood out. From its stunning location to its thoughtful design, every aspect of this home exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views of Tbilisi, paired with the beautiful garden, made for a breathtaking wake-up scene. The interior was curated with love, you can see that! What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the warmth and hospitality of our host, Svetlana. From the moment we booked to our departure, she treated us like family. Her thoughtful gestures, including homemade breakfast, cappuccinos, and even a New Year's Eve cake, left us feeling grateful and pampered. Svetlana's kindness in offering us a late check-out to accommodate our evening flight was truly appreciated! We wholeheartedly recommend this incredible property to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Svetlana is a true Superhost, and we feel fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting her.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from Liberty Square. Equipped with everything you need, Landry machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Host was very kind Thank you Slava!

Sally is a great host. The place was nice and clean. The location is close to loads of amenities, metro, buses , cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended

The room is very clean, very comfortable, there is a very good kitchen, the landlord and his wife are very nice, they helped us with a lot of questions, the rooftop has a very nice view, it takes only seven minutes to walk to the church, it is recommended to choose here.
