Monthly Rentals in Diliman

I stayed for over a month and it was pleasant. Would definitely recommend her place. It’s nice and modern, lots of space for your stuff if you’re doing longterm stay. Although a few things to improve or check upon. (The ac needed fixing or cleaning, and when I checked in, Netflix wasn’t working and here and there internet is acting up) only minor issues that can be resolve anyways. Also the knives in the kitchen need sharpening especially if you like to cook your own meals. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay. I didn’t really use the other amenities like the gym and pool as I was always away. But staying in tower 4 is great and convenient. Thank you

Great place and even greater host. Clean and thoughtful in it's amenities. Homey vibes as some might say. There was however, a lot of construction going on at the same time during our stay. It wasn't a bother to us most of the time but they did work all day and night. The hallways were also dusty and dim and the first week was filled with a lot of sniffling 😅 The gym looks abandoned but the equipment was still in fine shape. If you go in the morning, it's completely empty so that's a plus. All in all, 4.5 stars. Really conveniently placed next to the MRT and lots of food options close by.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
